I do not have the time to write reviews of these, it's surprisingly time consuming! But I fear if I don't post this now, I'll fall behind. Here's the post for January. I intend to read 52 new to me books this year, hence the numbering.

A lot of Finnish books this month.

9. The Little Book of Lykke: The Danish Search for the World's Happiest People by Meik Wiking

10. Overdressed: The Shockingly High Cost of Cheap Fashion by Elizabeth L. Cline (which made me knit a sweater)

11. Bujoilun voima: Järjestä elämäsi, saavuta unelmasi by Miia Pöllänen (I loved this book)

12. Alppipolku: L. M. Montgomeryn elämä ja teokset by L. M. Montgomery and Sisko Ylimartimo (Montgomery is my favorite author and this really made me want to read her diaries!)

13. Sokeritonta ruokaa (no author I could find)
14. Kiitos hyvää: Herkkuja ilman sokeria ja gluteenia by Virpi Mikkonen
15. Kiitos hyvää pikaruokaa: Helppoja ruokia terveelliseen arkeen by Virpi Mikkonen
(lumped these together, they are all cook books so technically I just browsed through them. They offer sugar free recipes and I've been sugar free for two months now! Woo! But I only found three interesting recipes in these.)

16. Täydellinen vaatekaappi tuhlaamatta: Onnellisen ostamisen salaisuus by Hannele Lampela (about how to take care of your finaces and yourself and not be misserable doing it, a book I'd like the Kiddo to read at some point)

17. Melkein geisha: hurmaava ja hullu Japani by Minna Eväsoja (a collection of little moments of the authors life in Japan)

18. Jokainen lapsi on lahjakas (Jedes Kind ist hoch begabt in German) by Gerald Hüther and Uli Hauser

19. Totuus taloudestasi by Terhi Majasalmi

20. Tunne taloutesi, tunnetaloutesi by Mikko Sjögren

21. Gifts of Inperfection: Let Go of Who You Think You're Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are by Brené Brown

22. Klompelompe - Neuleita koko perheelle by Hanne Andreassen Hjelmås and Torunn Steinsland

23. Klompelompe - Ihania neuleita lapsille by Hanne Andreassen Hjelmås and Torunn Steinsland (this book has so many adorable knit baby clothes patterns!)

Whew, it still took forever to look up all the correct titles and writers. But here we are at 23 and it's only been two months! I really love this project, I've read books I'd never picked up otherwise.
